Please refer to the University Vehicle Driving Policy for guidelines/instructions on using a university vehicle for IWU trips. For insurance purposes, please have an electronic photo or a paper copy of this insurance cardon hand when traveling on university-business with a university-vehicle. (Note: This insurance card cannot be used for your personal vehicle, even if you are driving for IWU.)
Faculty Professional Development Funding FAQ:
Fill out a Request for Non-Invoice Payment from the Business Office's website and submit the completed form, along with the relevent, itemized receipt(s), to the Thorpe Center.
